what settings did you change and what was it doing before?
I had it set at 40 and 50 mph and it would lock and unlock on the highway (60 mph) It started getting annoying, so I changed it.

What should the TCC TPS setting be set at?

something like this should work just fine...
Min TCC Lock = 50mph
Max TCC TPS = 45%

if it doesnt, then you have an issue with your converter or with the TCC solenoid

a good test is to use the TCC Lock wire to manually lock the converter..and see if it is just having issues holding the lock at lower TPS.. and find out what TPS it starts to slip at....
if its slipping down below 50%, then you have a shitty lock up converter and need to look into getting it repaired/replaced or get something that actually works

you can also Just set the Lockup TPS to the max settings temporarily to test out if its a converter issue

you can see it commanding Lockup on the Main screen on the EZ-TCU

you can also look at teh error code screen to see if it thinks there is a TCC error of some sort or possibly some other error that may cause it to unlock

Also... From the Manual....

The TCU locks up the torque converter clutch during cruising conditions for improved fuel economy
and to allow the transmission fluid to cool. In order for the TCC to lock, several conditions must be
met:
- Transmission fluid warmed up
- Transmission above 3rd gear (unless transmission fluid is overheated)
- Vehicle speed above user adjustable minimum (see MIN TCC LOCK setting)
- Throttle above idle position
- Throttle below user adjustable maximum (see MAX TCC TPS setting)
NOTE: TCC lockup can be completely disabled if desired by entering an unobtainable speed for the
MIN TCC LOCK setting. The vehicle would then always be below the minimum speed for TCC
lockup.
There is also a Forced TCC Lockup mode. When the TCC APPLY wire is grounded, the TCC will lock without the normal requirements being met. The only conditions that must be met are in place to prevent stalling if this feature is accidentally turned on or left on:
- Transmission above 1st gear
- Vehicle speed above 10 mph
