Default stock converter facts

By any chance how much does the stock converter slip?
A buddy of mine is getting better highway than me with a stall.

Stock converter is tuned for slip during lockup for a smooth feel.

sounds like you have a lead foot and he does not...
driving habbits will affect your mpg more than anything else

Thanks for all of you help I'll I'm goin to swap my stall out this weekend for an edge 3600 and see how that goes
