Not shifting into Overdrive could that happen due to bad tunning??

Not shifting into Overdrive could that happen due to bad tunning?? I got my car hp tuned and now it wont shift into 3rd....would tunning be the problem or is that tranny gone bad???

An improper tune could easily prevent the car from shifting into 3rd.
(You say "Overdrive" - the same is true for 4th.)
It seems very unlikely that the tranny has gone bad at the exact time you change the tune.
The VSS comes into play here too, but again that seems like an unlikely coincidence.
