Default Th400 Torque Converter

I am starting to gather some parts for my th400 swap. I have done my research on converters and just don't know which one to get. I have the TCI flexplate. Does anyone have ideas of what stall to get?

Theres a long list to choose from, I havent heard good things about the TCI ones, but I could be wrong, the most popular around here are, FTI, Circle D, Yank, PTC, and others, the stall speed will depend on your goals for the car....you definatly dont wanna cheap out on the conveter, so to optimize your set up I, would call any of the sponsor, so they can custom build you one or maybe you can find one use for a good price.

Thank you. I am probably going to get a hold of greg at FTI, since he is in town and see what he says.

ATI or Circle D, they have been really helpful for me and I have a couple friends with ATI converters and they LOVE them.

TCI r ok but from my use in older Camaro's they did not last too long but FTI,Yank and the others mentioned r good converters but why TH400 i thought u would use a TH350 to save the weight and they hold up fine ?
