Default Which wire to switch on 60E to 80E?

Anyone know which wire to switch on the 60E harness when installing a 80E? I was told I could use the same connector on my harness and just switch a wire to make it work with the 80E. Harness is a 03 suburban I think and trans is 05 I think.

Thanks!

You need:
- a relay to invert the sense of the 2-3 shift solenoid signal;
- use the TCC on/off signal to drive the TCC PWM signal.

will the computer take care of this for me? the computer was programmed to have a 4l80e. How would I use a relay to invert the 2-3 shift solenoid?

You dont need a relay unless your running off a 60E tune. With a segment swap into your pcm the above will work for you.

If you did a segment swap then you don't need the relay...

just remove two pins (TCC on/off signal, 3-2 control solenoid soignal) and move the TCC PWM wire, just as the link posted by LS1NOVA shows.
