Here is thread to show our completed data from the Huron Speed Torque Converter. We tested out our T1 3600 Converter. The T1 is our truck model, 9.5", single disc, with all the nice goodies inside that come STANDARD in all of our converters. Anyways, view below for some info on the converters!

*All converters will have BILLET covers, BILLET lock-up pistons, furnace brazed and tig welded fins, and balloon plates.


Huron Speed C1 Torque Converter


This converter is good for those cars that are stock, bolt-ons, cam only, NA applications, or even small nitrous use.
This converter is good up to 750 hp
Good for smaller nitrous use up to 4000 stall speed.
If you would like WOT lock-up, we highly recommend the C1.3 with the triple lock up discs

-Standard is a single disc, triple disk is also available (WOT lock-up) (C2.3)
-All converters will have a BILLET cover, BILLET lock-up pistons, furnace brazed and tig welded fins, and balloon plates









Huron Speed C2 Torque Converter


This converter is good for those cars that are Boosted (Supercharged or Turbo) as well as higher Nitrous use.
This converter is good up to 1250 hp
If you would like WOT lock-up, we highly recommend the C2.3 with the triple lock up discs

-10.5" Converter
-Standard is a single disc, triple disk is also available (WOT lock-up) (C1.3)
-All converters will have a BILLET cover, BILLET lock-up pistons, furnace brazed and tig welded fins, and balloon plates




For most street/street applications, from stock to bolt on to head/cam combos, a 9.5", single disc converter will fill your needs perfectly. Up to a 4000 stall speed in this form will retain your towing capabilities as well for the TBSS and great drivability! If you are a power adder truck, or a heavier duty application, please contact us for a recommendation to a larger sized converter or possibly a triple disc option for your needs!


We can offer your desired Stall Speed rating from 3000 on up!


We can offer 9.5"-10.5" sizes as well depending on your power needs, as well as either single or triple disc lock-ups!


These converters will come with Huron Speed engraved on them along with a serial number so we can always identify the unit should you ever want to sell down the road!


These converters all feature a 3 year warranty!

14.15 @ 98.41, 2.19 60'


The AFTER results:
100% bone stock + converter

Average Times:
13.50 @ 99.61, 1.89 60'


GAINS:

Absolutely! We can do converters for any application.... custom, swaps, etc! We are doing one for a local guy right now with a custom pilot, for an off road project... all one off stuff!
