4l80e 4th gear problem

4l80e 4th gear problem i just picked up a 1997 k2500 with a 5.7 and 4l80e. When i first bought the truck it only drove in 2nd and 3rd gear. I determined it was the a solenoid and replaced it. Now the truck shifts through all the gears but when it shifts into 4th it catches for second and then acts like it is in neutral. I do not think its slipping because load does not make a difference. Could this be the tcc solenoid?
Im a trained technician but auto transmissions are defiantly my weak spot. I also noticed i physically cannot manually select 1st the shift lever stops hard like its hitting something but i cant find an external reason why, could this be related?
