Ok I put my Revmax 3600 converter in about 3 weeks ago, just now tonight got home from the track. I got to say im pretty impressed, my car still has death 2.73 gears and NO TUNE. The only other change since my last trip was nitto drag radials, and honestly it didnt need them before.

I was blown away .67 off my best pass, and i should point out it was way cooler out last time i ran.

No suspension work, except the front sway bar removed.
Just a few bolt on's, lid, junkyard cat-back and a 90 dollar(not joking) set of headers. The car has 185k mile's.

Wow thats a nice difference. Just to clarify that you had the Headers and lid on for both the runs before the converter and after the converter??

The improvement is from the tires and converter. Without the converter there is not any real need for a drag radial on a stockish 2.73 gear gear. I have a similiar setup but with 245/50 555r's and it will not 60ft better than a 2.06 no matter how I launch

sounds great guys, i installed mine about a year and half ago and havfe loved it. got the billet cover 3200 stall on my stock setup for now with the anemic 2.73 gears. havnt got to run on a proper strip for results, but on the autobahn, rolling at 100mph and then mashing the gas, the response is amazing. cant wait to try it out here in texas when my car gets back.
install was great, did it myself. measurements were spot on with no shims required btween mounting pad and bell housing and then mounting pad to flexplate. the billet cover look almost exactly like the pictures of vigilates or other more well known stalls. customer service was great and still get emails from time to time.
Thanks alot to the guys at revmax!

i didnt have such great luck with mine.
3200 with upgraded clutch. track performance is ok (i say this because the same stall speed yank,FTI,circle D will net atleast a tenth or 2 better), but the lockup clutch is trashed after a few thousand miles, filled the transmission with clutch material and now costing big money for a transmission and new converter. i wont recommend them nor run them again.
in their defense i will say i havent contacted revmax about it, but i really dont see the need as i wont put another one in especially behind a newly built transmission.
