Trans cooler question
Ok so i just ordered a RPM level 5 transmission for my 07 TBSS. My question is i'm going to be installing a B&M trans cooler should i run the lines from trans through the radiator cooler to the B&M cooler back to the trans or straight to the B&M cooler and bypass the one built in the radiator???

I like running both coolers through the radiator to the external cooler, and then back to the transmission. No matter how good the transmission is built, heat is the enemy. The cooler the transmission runs, the longer its life is. Good luck with your RPM transmission, there a great company.

Cooler
I often read that the heat kills the transmission.. Then why use the built-in cooler, if you are running with an external cooler?
As far as I can see, the heat from the radiater (with hot water from engine) will heaten up the transmission oil to, if you use the built-in cooler..
Or am I totally wrong on this one ?

The cooler in the radiator is dual purpose. It acts as a cooler obviously, but it also brings the transmission into it's operating temperature range quicker when there's cooler ambient temperatures.

So for the weatherconditions here in Denmark, what do you suggest?
(Including a lot of stop-go in slow rushhour driving, and a couple of street races a month :-)
We have at the MOST, 100* fahrenheit in summertime, but at wintertime we are way below freezing.. -4* fahrenheit (-20 degrees celcius)
