Default transmission fluiid flush?

So i was wondering how often you should drain anf fill the transmission fluid? Havent been able to find an exact mileage or time frame

I believe it all depends on how the car is drivin/miles along with visual inspection on the stick. i think from factory they say way more miles than i personally believe is correct.
As far as draining it, there's no drain plug on a stock 4L60e pan, usually that means dropping the pan or some places actually suck it out..id prefer dropping the pan and replacing the filter.

I was told by chuck at flt to change it every season if you race a lot but for a street driven car 15k should be good.
