Default 700r4 tranny install issue.

just installed a 700r4 transmission onto a 1984 chevy c10 truck.
the issue we are having is that the driveshaft is not moving at all.
we can see the transmission and torque converter turning, but not the driveshaft. any tips?

Bad valve body possibly. TC fully seated on the input shaft?

we just did a rebuild. I double check the TC.
