Stall for a turbo

Stall for a turbo I'm wondering what size stall should I get for my Turbo LS1. Using a 4L60e and an LS6 cam, Rear mount 65mm turbo I'll probably upgrade the turbo later. Should I get a single disk or multi disk? I was leaning toward a Vig 2800.
