Default What can cause this kind of carnage?

I had a rebuilt transmission with upgraded everything but the hardened input drum and shaft and the 5 gear planetaries.
The line pressure was untouched
TQ management removed
Trans-Go with 2 washers
3.23 gears
Stock internals

Tranny carnage pictures = Holy Crap!

I will tell you this: recently I blew the 3-4 snap ring lugs out of the input drum.
The drum that WAS in my '98 tranny is a piece of sh*t quality casting(noticing yours LOOKS JUST LIKE IT). The drum I got to replace it (used) was out of a 2002 dealer pull-out and was like night and day casting quality (way way better). GM has undoubtedly changed vendors at some point .....Just FYI
