All I'm really trying to accomplish is having a stall that will not sacrifice all of my drivabiity. I spoke with a rep at PTC and they agreed with pretty much everyone on here that with my gear and what I'm trying to do the 3200 is the minimum they recommended.

I've heard decent things about PTC but never looked at them myself. Don't think they're a sponsor are they?
Oh OP one thing to note is that not all converters are the same! I've heard a lot of people say that Vig converters stall up higher than they are rated. Shouldn't be an issue for you, it's usually an added bonus for people looking for all out performance that almost wish they went bigger, but noteworthy.

As most converter companies would.

With 3.42s and stock internals, I noticed very little difference going from 3000/2.2 to 3600/2.5. Excellent driveability with both. The 3600 flashes 500rpm higher off the line but that alone didn't give me better times. Shift extension was about the same.
My point is that I think you'll be happy in the 3000 range as the car sits. But with a cam in the works, I'd go bigger - minimum 3600 and consider up to 4000.

I thought the 9.5" was non billet and the 10.5" was billet only when buying a Performabuild converter ? I have the Invincable level 3 and the 9.5" converter (non-billet) in my GTO.
