Default Time to switch verter" or stick with the same one?

Well guys I'm gonna hopefully be modding up the car this summer a little bit more like:lt headers, pulley, tb, ls6 intake, tuning, and weight reduction. I want to go 11's on bolt-on's. so what do you all think keep the ST3500 or go bigger and with what company? thanks guys

i would probably stick with the same converter untill u get some passes on all ur mods except the stall, it might be all u need, but going to a 3800 or 4000 might have an effect on streetability if its ur daily driver

the st3500 is a great convertor from Yank. i have the st4000 and love it. hit damn hard. if your goals are 11s with boltons you should most likely hit it with that convertor and good traction. i say keep it and see how the combo reacts. if you are not getting out of hte hole hard enough or enough shift extention, THEN go for a bigger stall.

You can make it bolt-on into the 11s with that converter. I just missed it with my heavy pig on a great air day running 2 12.0x passes. No point in going bigger until you plan on going to real tires too .

Weight removal is key. Good luck with your program.

12.03 @ 113.

December at Cecil. Got booted on that pass for not having roll bars in a 'vert running below 13 seconds.
