What do I need to tweak to run a th400 trans with my 2000 SS motor? I am debating on switching the trans to one that would match the SS motor, but I think using my old trans will be cheaper. I know bout the flywheel and crank spacer.. But I dont have a clue about the computer working with the old trans. Any info, or direction would be greatly appreciated

 

Most people flash them to a M6 tune so you don't have codes or anything. I also tapped my ABS for the speedo so the idling portion is correct.

 

Its going into a 72 C10.. Do I have to worry about codes? Will it throw the computer off if I just leave the connections to the trans disconnected?
