Thumbs up Circle D, Big thanks!! Above and beyond!

I think all too often all you hear about companies are the negatives. I have not heard that about Circle D and that is why I ordered a converter from them. But this latest round of dealing with them just REALLY solidified my opinion of them.

To make a long story short, I was going to get a now former business partner to build me a 4L60E. After some disagreements we parted ways and I was no longer confidant in having a 4L60 being built by anyone (after some research on the net). I was unsure if I was even going to get my 4L60E parts back from my former partner (he did end up getting them to me eventually). I decided to go with a built 4L80E from Jake's Performance. But I had already purchased my 4L60E converter from Circle D.

At this point I figured it was worth a shot to see if Chris at Circle D would swap me for a 4L80E converter. I thought it was a long shot, but it was worth asking. Of course Chris was MORE than willing to help out and swapped out the converter for me for basically the cost of shipping. This to me is going ABOVE and beyond the call of duty. He could have told me to pound sand and he would have been perfectly in his rights. I actually kind of expected that, lol. But instead he swapped it out and helped me out.

This to me is just another reason to do business with Chris at Circle D. In addition to the excellent converters, their customer service is just fantastic. Thanks again Chris!

I have heard good things about a variety of converters as well, but the customer service at Circle D was one thing that stood out in addition to their converters.

Your best bet is to ask TXCAMSS!! He has ran almost ever converter from Circle D.

I went from a vigilante 3200 to the Circle D 5C 4000-4200 and the drivability is the same. But the 5C blew it out the water. The top end pull was ridiculous.
