real bad flexwheel.. reflash conv??

real bad flexwheel.. reflash conv?? i just found out that i bent the fly wheel, while i was taking out the starter, it looked like a twistie tie and i pulled it off, it was the sticker off of the coverter that said ls1 pt4400.. should i go ahead and get it reflashed if it was that bad...???

You shoulndt have to reflash it . That means going to a bigger or lower stall speed. Maybe rebuildit and flush it out, only if you take the pan off and theres metal in bottom of pan. That means it pumped through the verter. If you only have a bad "FLYWHEEL" or "FLEXPLATE" you shouldnt have to do any thing but change it and kiss your *** cause you one lucky ****** finally! Hurry up and get it done, Joey and I are going to the track Friday and Ill give you a chance to get your dignity back. Ill be on new ET DRAGS though. Later.

Dwayne your car was running some good e.t.s but as usual I was at the end of the track first. Im still waiting for the title on my new H/C 98 Z28. I got my money for tuning and new slicks that will be here Friday. Im thinking about calling Jayson at MTI and letting him tune it.
