Help the dummy find his shifting issue 4L80e limiter 1-2, 2-3 4L80e, doesn't seem to matter what I do, I can't get 1-2 shift to stay off the limiter. The convertor was stalled at 2900 for a stock lq4 but when the hood didn't fit I decided to add the mods in below. Looking for help, what do I need to be logging besides what I have and where potentially should I be looking? I've been struggling, searching and reading for 2 weeks now and not making any progress. I've changed rpm, mph, ect but I'm definitely missing something. I'll go log whatever is needed to help the situation. The run attached is short, I tried to peddle it and keep the tires hooked but it spun through 1st and 2nd, that's about all I can do on the road. I'm about to go back to the stock file and start over again. Any help is appreciated.
My Hp tuners file is attached, it won't let me attach my cfg file, it's over on hptuners forum though.

70 Chevelle, 4L80e, 2900 stall, 02 LQ4 short block, LS3 heads/intake/injectors, Patriot extreme springs, EPS 222/230on 112, Edelbrock 90mm TB, 85mm maf, Walbro 255
