codes after harness replacement

codes after harness replacement I just replacemed my harness the old one had broken wires and was leaking but worked otherwise.
There were some "duplicate" color wires on the old one and I cut it all off at once and didn't take note of this thinking I could use the diagram to match everything up. So i took the 50/50 chance but after install am getting two new codes,
P0758 solenoid B
P2761 TCC
I tried swapping the two yellow/black wires as one of them was for 2-3 shift which seemed to be a symptom of code P0758, but that didn't do anything.
Anyways I think I need to test each wire from the source, where is the ECU and what tool do I need to test this?
