th350 problem after ATI sprag installed Keeps pushing fluid out of vent
Have had rebuilt it since 2 times have had converter restalled/rebuilt 5 times and swapped converters also
Trans ran perfect for 3 years 300 passes looked like new when taken apart, but wanted to upgrade sprag.
nothing but problems since but also restalled converter at same time. If anything its a half quart or less low. it is not overfilled 7quarts with a 8" converter.
pump surface is flat pressure look ok its forward manual cheetah VB. the linkage is good. cooler pressure is 40psi. line pressure is 175 in all ranges.

I highly doubt the drum is your issue. Fluid venting has several causes but sometimes the solution is simply a catch can.
You might put a low psi gauge on the vent and see if it builds pressure in any certain gear or circumstance.

Have you changed anything with your cooler or lines for this trans since this all started to happen? I have seen restricted coolers cause this issue in 4L60E transmissions just throwing this out there.
