Default any special kind of oil for stall??

im in the process of getting a new transmission and im reusing my revmax stall. my old transmission went out and now that im getting a new one my friend told i had to get some kind of transmission oil to clean out the stall from anything that might have gotten in there from the transmission going out. could anyone shed some light on this for me. i have no idea what he's talking about and would not know what oil to buy to do as he is telling me. thanks

You cannot clean out all dirt and possible metal parts from inside a converter, without open it up. And that is not something you want to do at home ;-)
Have some company do that for you, or buy a new one.

Just call revmax I'm sure they can do what your asking. They will work with you.

Or you might check around for a local converter rebuilder which would save you $50 times 2 ($100) in shipping costs. Trying to save money and skipping this step is probably a reason some replacements transmissions only last a week.
