4L60E limp mode?

4L60E limp mode? I got a 1993 FD rx7 with a 5.3 swap and 4L60E. The problem is that it won't shift into 3rd or overdrive.

OD=2nd
D=2nd
2=2nd
1=1st
I can manually shift it into 1st but it won't shift out of 1st unless I manually bump it into 2nd. If I put it in OD or D then it has nothing but 2nd. It starts in 2nd and will not shift to 3rd or OD.
It only has 1st if I pull it down into first.
Any ideas?
