It sounds like your problem is beyond what feed hole adjustment can fix, but FWIW, my supplier recommended .096 on the 1-2, .155 on the 2-3, .155 on another, and .110 on two others. These were recommended for hi-stall usage. The rest he left at .093.

I can say that my transmission has shifted crisply with these settings on both 3000 and 3600 converters.
