All of our pricing includes core.
I try to make the pricing as simple as possible. Basically so there are no "hidden" costs.

Shipping to a freight terminal or business with loading dock or forklift is usually $150 within the cont. U.S.

So whatever the website pricing is, plus any upgrades (transbrake, alternate gear ratios, etc, plus shipping) would be your cost. If in Texas, I have to charge sales tax, but I break the invoice down into parts/labor to save Texas customers as much as possible on sales tax.

Haha I remember that being the last call on my last day and Mike and I had been waiting a year for someone to request a red case (Mike in particular). Might share that one on here once his turn is up and it's built

Blackbird, another thing of interest to note is it's often cheaper to let the company building the transmission to source the core, since the cost of the core plus the added cost of shipping it to the builder greatly outweighs what the core costs for someone like Jake, and there's more hassle that way. I can still remember a guy calling elated that he had found a "stole the core from underneath the seller and had a goldmine deal" and bought a core for $1,000, when the early model cores from Jake cost about 250ish and the late models are 700-750ish, and his $1,000 hadn't included shipping. Just something to always keep in mind, for anyone who reads this
