I just bought a RevMax 3200 nitrous stall and was just wondering if you guys would recommend buying anything to go along with it? I already got a 20,500 btu tranny cooler but I mean along the lines of the actual transmission, like a new flexplate or something? Or anything else you can think of that I might be missing. I'm not really a tranny guy, mainly stick to engine and suspension stuff, so any help or advice you guys have, I'm all ears.

BTW, just bolt-ons and a 125 hit of nitrous. Sticky tires and stiffened suspension. Sees the track 4-5 times a year. It's my DD

Since you have a 2002 you may want to consider a new flexplate. The 98-99 models had a slightly thicker flexplate than came on the 00-02 models. Flexplates will run $80-$280

 

Ok, is there a certain one i should look for or any you could recommend? Or is a stock replacement ok? Anything else?

You can catch a TCI pop up every week or so for 175-200$ shipped new/used.

 

I'd also look into a Derale 2.5qt extra deep finned pan too to help keep it cool. I dropped 30 degrees off my trans temp installing one.
