Ebay reseller TrueTechTrans is a good source for an excellent kit. As mentioned in that thread, adding a new Sun Shell and reverse drum are good additions to the kit, especially since you are overseas and need to reduce shipping costs.
If you go elsewhere for a kit, or even to a GM dealer, get a kit for 2002-2006 4L65E as it will have the better 7-friction 3-4 clutch. (That is the only difference between a 4L60E and 4L65E kit for '98 through '06).
