Default Tranny leak

SO i pull out the camaro from its winter nap and see about a half dollars worth of tranny fluid underneath.... it looks like its dripping from the oil pan and some is dripping from the oil filter. its a deep red so i know its not motor oil. Any thoughts???? I have had this car for about 8 months now...is it because its been sitting all winter?

Look closely at the selector shaft seal. I have seen these leak after storage as the fluid level becomes higher during long periods of no use.
