Default problem with 4l60e swap.

I have a 4l60e i swapped in a88 iroc-z with a ez-tcu, but now it doesn't do anything. It sounds like i may have a bad pump in it. it makes a ticking sound at the pump. I have one from a spare i can swap out. Maybe that will work. I reused the 700r4 torque in it hopefully that doesn't have anything to do with it. I cracked open the trans lines while the car was running and nutn came out and it was full of fluid. So its either a bad trans or a bad pump or the wrong torque for the trans?
Which it was a new trans when i pulled it from my z28 and put the performabuilt in it. So it ran when i pulled it. Unless it is not compatible with the ez-tcu?
any ideas ?

If you pulled cooler lines and no fluid comes out when its running the pump is broken. Most likely from the converter not being engaged into it properly upon install.
