Car is tuned for 4.10s and running 4.56s and a spool. And issues at the track other then odo being off? Like shifts?

No, only the Speedometer will be off.
If you don't change the tune (to fix the Speedo), the trans will shift at the exact same RPM regardless of what rear ratio or tires you have on.
However once you do re-tune for the speedo, you will have to change the shift Speed tables.
