Local area trans rebuilders Any one have any idea on a local, reputable trans shop near 60538. I recently paid $1200 bucks for a new core and a rebuild on my 4l60e. Of course from a smoked 3-4 got the trans am back today and its junk they hacked up my wiring etc. Any ideas of a good shop looking for a mid level rebuild. I want a trans that will take a occasional beating but a solid fast shift. Thanks for any advise,Scott
