Default converter and tune
I got 3800 circle d today,can i drive car after install before retune without messing up trans or converter?i've already added trans.cooler.99 camaro 2.73s

As long as it is still shifting ok and locking up, you can drive it. But if it is not locking up then a retune is needed asap or the trans will get hot fast.

The converter is in now,night and day difference.lock up is fine but need to adjust shift points a little.It's loose with 2.73s,but fun to drive.

Whats your gear code on the inside of your door? I thought camaros came with 3.23s??

I don't remember which code tells gear ratio but i checked when i got car.i wish i had the 3.23s though.

Gu2 is 2.73(door panel). I fking hate 2.73s.
A 3.42/3.73 with a 3800 is a great combo
