700r4 question
700r4 question I bought the b and m lock up kit for my 700r4 and when I went to remove the spring in the vavle body like the instructions said to I found I didn't have the spring the instruction says to remove. I circled in red what I pulled out of the vavle body and now I do not know if I am missing parts or not. What is circled was the only thing that came out. If it is all ok what do I do instead since I do not have the spring? do i just go out about wiring it up like the instructions says. Never messed with a 700r4 so this is confusing the hell out of me

the kit i bought is just a b and m kit that use vehicle speed of the speedo cable to tell the converter to lock up. can swap the parts to an 82-86 and it work or will it work like it is now?
