4L80E 2nd VSS wiring

4L80E 2nd VSS wiring I have a question.
In my 1994 Chevrolet 3500 Dually, 2wd I changed the 6.5 diesel to a Small Block 350 and kept the 4L80E transmission.
The question I have is where do I add the two wires at the PCM plug, for the second vss? The blue plug or the red plug? And at what numbered terminals. I don't have a number 22 and 23. Matter of fact, each plug (red and blue) has 16 terminals each.
Also what PCM service number should I use.
