No Reverse (Jake's D3 brake)

So i had a transmission built locally with Jake's D3 transbrake and the car doesn't have reverse. There was one pin added to the big trans connector that has a wire coming out. I would assume there is some wiring on the inside on the trans as well.

The momentary push button is hooked to ground. Is this correct? How is the wiring suppose to be for momentary button? How do I get reverse to work in this trans? I got the directions from Jake but I didn't put the trans together so I dk what is going on in the inside.

I would really like it my car had reverse!

Transbrake has to be activated for reverse.
It uses 12V+ power.

D3 only, the D1 brake reverse operates normally.
