Default Want to lower trans temp

Hey guys need some ideals I have a jakes lvl 2 4l80 swapped into my 02 Camaro and I used b&m 274 trans cooler but having a issue with stop and go getting hot in the 220 range. Now I have no ac on the car but have stock rad and fmic. Just want to keep trans around 180-190 on high end while in traffic

Tru cool 40k and a lower stall would help.

Seems awful high for the 70274 - thats a huge cooler. Show placement of the cooler. Maybe adding an external fan could also help.

You need airflow. I have an ebay fan on mine ($30) and it helped a ton.

Think this will fit? I have it mounted between radiator and intercooler.

You don't need to change your trans cooler, you just need to put it somewhere else and slap a fan on it.

Being between the rad/intercooler doesn't help any. I'd lay it down flat with a puller fan, or stick it back by the rear well somewhere (with a fan).
