Default Need help with trans problems

Hello,
i just installed a 6.0/4l60e into an 01 s10 and im using the pcm that came with the 6.0. The pcm was for an 4l80e but i changed the tune to an 60e and all the tables that are in the trans section to an 60e. Everything seems to work fine when at part throttle but when i go WOT it doesnt shift. I just goes to the redline to were the fuel cuts and if i release the pedal for about 2 seconds until it takes the second gear i can go WOT again and it does the same again when i get to the third gear. Is there any way i can even use this pcm or do i need to get a 5.3/4l60e pcm? Oh and i used a harness that came from an 5.3/4l60e so i dont think i need to change the pins in the transmission connector unless this pcm has different pins than a 5.3 one. Here is the current tune and also a log. The first to second gear actually did shift but at some where 6000 rpm even if the tune is set at 5600 rpm. The second-third gear didnt shift while staying at WOT only if i realese the pedal.
Thanks in advance.

Your shift table speeds are sloppy. The partial throttle 100% is not even close to the Full Throttle Table. I am not familiar with the newer "Upshift D2 2nd" and "Upshift D2 3rd" tables, but they don't look close to right (the last is set to 255 mph).

Generally the PCM software expects that these tables agree with each other, else it can get confused. I could be all wrong here, but I think you should examine stock ones from the HP Tuners website to see what these tables should look like and start there.

Ok i see what you mean but actually all the data that you see in the tune i uploaded is data from a 2000 silverado stock tune. I already copied everything from a stock one. But i could try and see if i play with those tables a little if i does something.

Wow, I download a 2000 Silverado stock tune and it indeed is just like yours. Here is what I saw:

The "45" mph for the 100% 2-3 shift makes no sense it all and is much less than the 95% value. And the Full Throttle values make even less sense.

Perhaps one of the Tuning gurus can explain this. I am going to step out because I don't understand it.

Did you actually get support to do a segment swap or are you still running the 4l80e OS? I'm on my phone or I would look at what you uploaded

Yes i still run the 4l80e OS. But is it necesary to do a segment swap because hp tuners now has the option of selecting what trans you have. I changed that already to an 60e from an 80e.
