Default Grinding noise?

Let me preface by saying, I'm not sure if this is a transmission or rear end problem.

Every once in a while, but definitely at least once every time I go for a drive, when starting from a dead stop, I hear a grinding/feel a vibration until about 7-10mph. It sounds/feels like it's coming from the underside of the car or possible the rear. The car just hit 69k miles and I doubt (based on the condition I bought it in from the previous owner) that the transmission fluid has ever been flushed. I checked the tranny fluid while the car was hot and idling and it was at the lowest dot on the stick. Also, I've floored it from a dead stop several times since I bought the car in February. It's an 02 WS6 with CAI, LT's, 3" Exhaust, Catback, Koni's, and BMR springs. It was BONE STOCK when I bought it.

Thoughts?

Okay, with the mount and bushings know what I'm looking for. When I look for the U joint, what should I take note of as far as what condition it's in?
