Broke the t56 at the track this sunday and picked up a th400 with a brake tuesday. Im pretty new to this auto thing. What converter and flex plate is everyone using? also pictures of your shifters and what you like about them would be cool.

I have searched for the past 3 days, so many different answers its confusing. I was just looking for first hand experience,thats all. I seen people that do not even have th400 suggest parts that where the wrong pat numbers lol.

Shifter b&m part# 80842 pro ratchet, call ptc about converter 256-383-6868, jegs button for brake, stock or sfi ls1 flexplate you will have to drill out the oblong hole on the stock one but b&m has a sfi plate for 90 bucks .
