Default Having issues, need input.

Car: 94 Impala SS
Engine: LTx 383 w/ 24x conv., 0411PCM
(previous was stock LT1 w/ hotcam)
Trans: Performabuilt Lvl II w/ 3000 Billet N2O converter. I replaced all solenoids with 96+ ACDelco PWM and 3-2

Problem:
Lost 1000rpm of stall. Now brake stalls at 2000 and flashes at 2100.
Converter slips in and out when coasting @ 40mph or more. Has a surge of some sorts when cruising at speeds of 55+.
I watch my scan tool and the TC is not unlocking but I'm still having this problem.
Could all this possibly be in the tune or did a hard part break?

Trans worked great prior to rebuild. Added about 100hp more and a whole lot more torque and lost stall. Not the way it's supposed to work.
Not sure where to go on this. I know it's not the trans itself
