Download a stock 80e file from the HPT repository. Open your existing file and then compare the two and then import the repository 80E settings. Change the speedo settings for your gear ratio and tire size and save your new file. Upload it to your PCM and test for proper lockup. It should not cost you any additional credits.
Correct, and I've done this. I've actually done it with stock files, several 4l80E files, and compared with tunes members have shown in this thread.
Specifically, in the "Auto TCC" tab the following sections:
TCC Duty cycle:max/min
Apply release speed:normal,cruise,hot,performance
Full throttle apply/release: normal, hot
As well as the Minimum throttle response table also.
I'm going to go ahead and try it again with the stock LQ4/4l80 file and see what happens, I could have overlooked something last time.
