3-4 clutch packs going?

3-4 clutch packs going? I have had my 4l60e rebuilt twice in the last 3 months, and both times it was the 3/4 clutch packs, both times the car felt like it was in neutral when shifting into 3rd gear
This time however the car will shift fine for about 15 minutes and then it will not shift to 3rd or 4th, but if I drop it into 2nd and then put it back in drive the transmission will work fine again for a few minutes before slipping out
Any ideas?
