Default Th-400 from an rv.

I'm looking at buying a th-400 from an rv and I was needing to know if this would cause any problems . Here is a picture. It will be going behind an lq4 in a 92 Foxbody.
TIA.

No,
will work good, be sure to machine the output shaft for a standard slip yoke or plan to use a counterbored yoke.
