Default LS1 4L60 Flywheel Questions

Trying to gather some information on the factory GM flywheel. Anyone know what horsepower that the are rated or good for?

Flexplates do not have a horsepower rating !!!
There was a 'design' change during the 99-00 ? years. Prior to that,the flexplate had the large round holes,the change introduced 'peanut shaped' holes and that design has been a failure. The later design when they fail were replaced by the earlier design and GM stock is zero and no longer available.
