Default Torque converter ? Help someone

I have a 2000 camaro z28 auto Just swapped my rear gearing from 2:73 to 3:42. My car was doin fine until last night I felt my car go in to neutral but it was still in drive, and I put it into neutral and back to drive and my car suddenly seems like it didn't have power. It make light whining noises and barely got me home. What do I guys think it is????

First guess from those symptoms would be the pump.. how is your fluid level? how does it look?

The pump is behind the input shaft that the torque converter slides on to. how many miles are on the transmission, and is the stall the factory one?

111,000 and yes it's the stock stall. The only thing I've done is regear the rear end to 3:42 not sure if that caused problem
