Default tuning problem.. commanded line pressure doesnt change no matter what..??

ok so reviewing logs of my camaro i notice laggy 2nd gear shifts... the computer is lowering line pressure as its turning the 1-2 solenoid off. ok no problem i play with the line base upshift line pressure tables, doesnt help. then i max out the table completely from 0-640. doesnt change anything. then i did the same to the brake shift table. no change... it also is removing line pressure when the transmission is in 3rd gear progressively as the rpms go up.. really really odd.

i have resorted to changing( the force current motor table so i can get full line pressure during a shift by making the force motor at 100ma at most every commanded pressure. this works but makes every shift rather violent. still id like to know why the computer is commanding 40-50% line pressure during a wot throttle shift when everything is maxxed out including the shift modifiers. what am i missing lol

edit... this is a 4l80e segment swapped 3 bar tune

It would help to post your tune (e.g. .hpt file for HP Tuners); hopefully someone familiar with the 4L80e swap will be able to suggest a fix.
