so i was reading this thread here..

and this is exactly what mines doing, this is my set up

6.0L out of a 2000 2500hd
4l80e out of a 2001 2500hd
harness out of a 2002 2500hd
ecu out of a 2000 1500 5.3L/4l60E truck

so i was reading the above thread and some others and it sounds like a 4l60e tuned ecu is not compatible with a 4l80e transmission with out a complete retune.

is there a thread or can some one give me a list to what i need to make sure is changed in my tune to get my transmission to work correctly, i have a dakota digital pulse generator and that all seems to be working fine

with a 2500hd harness and a 4l60e ecu do i need to rewire something?

is there a list of DTCs and or other things i need to disable or change?

This will correct the wiring to run a stock 60 PCM.
