Default 4l80e "binding" in reverse

Ok guys tore apart my 4l80e to freshening up all I did was make a few changes like adding BW high energy clutches and direct clutch pack with 6 frictions with proper clearance and that's bout it I'm using jakes D1 TB and his manual control box also. I have all foward gears manually shifting but once I go into reverse it's binding or it feels like if I'm putting a load on my tranny in reverse the fluid is topped off and I also noticed a lot of heat coming from the engine bay I'm running -6 cooler lines to 40k cooler. I will be checking line pressure tomorrow but if you guys can give me guidence I'll take that info thanks! I'm hoping I don't have a cross leake some where in the trans

What was your forward clutch clearance?

It sounds like you have an assembly error somewhere.

I'm running 5 steel and 5 frictions without the wave plate so I remember it was around .56 I did change a few bushings and the reason why I took it apart was to install new frictions and seals
