THis is kinda reverse for the LS forum, but I figured you are the experts.

I am looking at installing a 4l80E LS style converter to an LT1 engine.

I believe there might be an issue with the pilot length?

The pilot will be too long, and the bolt circle is 11.062" LS vs 10.75" for the LT.

That is a spacer for bolting an LS-style 4L60E on an LT/SBC engine.
The OP mentions having a 4L80E which is very different.

Wayne: Nonetheless, thanks(!) for the link as I didn't have that part number in my "database". I consider that 4L60E adapter a "last resort", partly because it doesn't address potential electrical compatibility problems. For example, a '94/'95 PCM in an LT engine Camaro will not run an LS-style 4L60E.
