Default 4l80e converter slippage issues

I have about 22% slippage on my converter. This is my second converter with the same issue. The current converter is from circle D and I really do not think there is anything wrong with the converter. I have verified by input shaft speed and fluid smell that the clutch's are ok. Can this be caused by a fluid flow to converter issue? like maby a converter flow control valve or a plugged transmission cooler?

22% slip - Is that locked up or at higher RPM when racing? Have you checked the transmission line pressures?

Slippage is converter unlocked. Speed is 115mph, rpm is 6200. Rear gear is 3.5. Tire heigh is 28". Thats at 15 pounds boost. Max is 17. I was going to call you guys but I thought maby I should check my flow control valve in the pump for the converter and flow test my cooler first. I can hardly see it doing that but I do not have alot of experience with transmissions. I fix maby 1 a year where I work. I tried running it at 6 pounds of boost and the slip is then ok at 7%. Maby the engine is just making more power then I figured. Would it be a big deal to tighten it up? Also I was going to data log the trans brake rpm but It feels like its hitting around 5300 rpm which seams to close to my 6500 rpm shift point.

Do you have any data logs you can email me? I would like to look over them. If we need to tighten it up some, that is not a problem.
